This Exciting Two Story Home could easily be mistaken for a Castle.  Much of the reason for that is the Two-Story Triple Bay Window on the front of the home.  The First Floor Family Room opens to a Spacious Gourmet Kitchen complete with Oversized Island with Sink and Breakfast/Serving Bar, and a roomy Breakfast Area.

Whether you really ARE a gourmet cook, or if you just enjoy cooking, the oversized bar is a real treat, and is great for food prep.  I can just see myself, my daughter, and some of her girlfriends gathered around the island making Christmas cookies for Santa.

This home truly has one of the nicest, most exciting entertaining areas we've seen in a home of this size.  If you occasionally work from home, also downstairs is a bonus room that could be an Office, Den, Computer Room, or could even serve as a Fourth Bedroom or Guest Room.

The Home Office/Fourth Bedroom/Bonus Room below is also at the front of the home, and has a "triple bay window" that makes the front of this great home so appealing from the street.  Another nice surprise is evident from what you can't see from the street... the garage!   It's a rear-entry garage.  Although this home measures approximately 2153 sq ft, it feels a lot larger.

Up the Split-Staircase you'll find the Owner's Suite with an Oversized Master Bedroom complete with Sitting Area and Spacious Master Bath and a really great-sized master closet.  Two spacious secondary bedrooms (one with a triple-sided front bay window) and an open Game Room make this home a Very Exciting Place To Be.

Although located in Fort Worth's Hulen Area, this home can also be built in several other locations... including Keller and Haslet.  In the Hulen Area, pricing is from the High 170's to the Low 180's, depending on your choice of exterior.  Pricing will vary depending on the homesite you select, and will also vary depending on other different closen locations.

Please Note:  Although this home "looks" like a Castle, the wrought-iron fence, the moat and the drawbridge are NOT included !

This really does look like a CASTLE!  I love the wrought iron fence around it too.  What's the square footage on this beauty?  How much?

Susie:  The approximate square footage of the home is 2153 sq ft.  It is priced from the High 170's to the Low 180's depending on the buyer's choice of exteriors.  And, as I mentioned above... even though it "looks" like a castle, the wrough-iron fence, the moat, and the drawbridge are NOT included !  LOL

Karen Anne - Remember, this is a buyer's market and some buyers may insist upon a drawbridge!  This looks like a beautiful home.  Very unique looking.  Good luck with it.

Thanks Nicole:  It is one of my favorites.  The outside is great, and the inside is so very do-able... great for having friends over.  Great floor plan, and what my Mom would have given to have had an island like that in her kitchen for Christmas-time baking.  Yum... pass the cookies...

What a cool house, Karen.  I loved the Hulen area when I was a student at TCU.  Did you say 170s-180s?  You have some great value in the DFW metroplex!

Paul:  Yes, it is a cool house.  And, to keep it cool, it comes standard with a 14 SEER A/C unit.  And, the Hulen/TCU area is also great.  Go Frogs !  And yes, 170's-180's.  Although Fort Worth has not experienced the rapid double-digit real estate value growth that you have gone through, neither are we endangered by the terrible falling property values that more volatile areas have experienced.  There is NO real estate BUBBLE in Fort Worth.  Therefore, there is no fear of that non-existent bubble bursting.

Fort Worth... and Tarrant County... both are way Cool !
