The pay it forward accountability group has me paying more attention to my actions, in a good way. Up until I needed to write a post every week for the pay it forward accountability group I just did what needed to be done, what was in my mind proper and kind. I have always made it a point to live by the golden rule and do unto others as I would like to have done. I was struggling to think about what I had done this week until Liz pointed out that my towing our neighbor who was stuck was a pay it forward. I had not looked at it like that, I just saw that help was needed and gave what I was able, a few minutes of my time and a tow.

I was apprehensive at first about this group as both Liz and I live our lives this way and do not want to go about announcing what we do to be positive in the life of another; but it has been very interesting to see what ends up becoming part of this process of holding to my agreement to be accountable to being the positive that I would like to see in the world. I am now noticing and looking for extra opportunities to be a help and to pay it forward. Thank you for the opportunity to see more of what is possible and positive in myself and in the others in this wonderful group.
