I'm usually good at guessing how things are going to turn out. Every now and then, I get blind-sided by someone or something.

Wouldn't it be nice to always know what was going to happen with each of our offers?

Like what is the magic number to get an offer accepted?

I have to admit that I can usually get pretty close in a guess of what the price of the deal will be.

Couldn't that save lots of time if I was right every time??

Today, I have been working on two different offers.

One was accepted and I was $1000 off in my prediction. My first time home buyer is totally excited!

The second offer is still being negotiated and I'm wondering if it will get finished tonight. Looks like we are going into over-time. I'm hoping the delay is a good sign. I wonder what Psychic Hal would say about this deal!

Lizette, congratulations on having two going at the same time! I hope they both get ratified for you. Many times if you have strong numbers supporting the offer, the seller sees the reality, they may not like it, but they see where the offer is based, and sell.
