Speachless Sunday - Fall Foliage

We all love the look as leaves change colors in the fall.  For a home seller, a pile in front of the house as high as their for sale sign might mean a color other than the green of a sale.  Would a pile of leaves like this scare you from this house?

Now that is one huge pile of leaves. We do not see much of that here!

If the community has a leaf pick up system that requires the owner to pile their leaves on the curb I don't see it detracting from the sale.  If the leaves sit there for month after month then that would be a different story.

Cindy, we do have leaf pick up here in South Windsor, and unlike many communities which require them to be bagged we can just rake them to the curb.   This one pile is huge compared to most other homes in the area and why it stuck out to me.

Roy, leaving in new England fall is a wonderful time of the year.  So very colorful.

Melissa, with lots of mature trees on the property they are bound to get a pile like this every year!
