New form of Marketing-InterActive kiosks in Malls

Oct 12, 2006

Hey everybody, I just came from a meeting about a new form of marketing and advertising.

The Interactive Display Kiosk is gearing up to go nationwide. This is an amazing and cost effective way to reach new clients.  What this kiosk does is it allows a realtor to lease a screen for $60 a month at 1 kiosk in a given mall.  Your listing can be updated daily, not monthly like magazines. If you are in the VA,MD OR WV areas it is starting now. Your exposure rate at these kiosks are 350,000-1,000,000+ per month!!!  You receive instant leads from either text message to your phone and or email.Besides your listing there is tips on buying a home and selling a home all on a 16x12 color screen.  The company is called AwareKiosks, http://www.awarekiosk.com/.  I figured I should pass on this info to everybody because this can change your way of listing your homes. For me I am going to use this to help my realtors by paying for the first 6  months for them to list their homes.  This is great exposure for me as a loan officer but even better for a realtor do to the cost savings over overrated, under exposed realtor magazines that nobody looks at and when they do the listings are sold or have old information.

Good luck!!!

I like to learn more to make it more interactive.
