Here are the October Pending Sales for Pierce County, WA. As you can see we are holding steady from one month ago in September. I am glad to see that we are holding steady. For once something in our local housing market is showing some kind of steadiness. This along with other factors like new listings have shown a decline. It is a good sign that our local market is starting to recover a bit.
