Yes.............finally one of the homeowners that I have been trying to help get their mortgage modified has received their package of documents making their modification permanent! It is a day of celebration for all :-) It has been close to 15 months of constant faxing and phone calls but worth the effort as she will now be able to keep her home.

I know it isn't much, but I am glad to see at least one of these modifications become permanant. I see so many people that this goes on forever and the ordeal just continues without the ever getting out of the "trial" period.
