This is the time of year most real estate agents and investors shut down so they can recharge and enjoy the Holidays.  I have always worked harder during Nov and Dec in order to jump start my new year business. Nothing like rolling into the New Year with 3 to 5 escrows closings.  This can be done if you think outside the box and try something new.  My Probate Real Estate business is busier than ever and we are making contacts on a daily basis for Now Business and also for Future Business.  I will add about 500 new probate homes to my farm as of Jan 1 and this will be the basis of my 2011 business along with all the new probates (100 per month) we track week to week.  Can you see the Big Picture here.   Real Estate Agents should consider adding Probate Agent to their business plan and Investors should be checking out the right way to work this niche.

I have 5 levels of income opportunity with probates and I will talk about each one over the next several weeks.  the important point here is to jump on this niche now, be up and running in 2 weeks and start making contacts and deals to set up your 2011.  You only need about 5 hrs per week to research and make contact on the probate leads plus transaction time once you hit a flip, sale (double end) or a listing.  I have many Active Rain agents who have been with me just a short time emailing about being on their 3 probate listing just above 2 months on the program.  There is so much opportunity but you have to work the program.  First you have to order the program, then absorb it, then work it.   This system can make you a top producer like I am (Top 50 rated) and for some of you can be the difference of surviving in this difficult RE market.   Keep in mind Probate Homes have kept me earning Six Figures all through the real estate down turn market from 2007 to present.
