Cedar City Subdivisions....Imlay Subdivision...

By
Real Estate Agent with Aubrey and Associates Realty

The Imlay Subdivision is literally right next to the Max Lunt Subdivision, to the South.  It is also very near the Campus of Southern Utah University.  It's homes were built a little later, the one home I found on the MLS was built in 1980.  It is also a very quiet subdivision with mature trees.

The Imlay Subdivision is very stable the only sold I could find in our MLS was from 2007.  There is currently nothing listed for sale in the Imlay Subdivision.

Here are some photos:

This is one of those subdivisions that hardley has any movement at all.  It is in a great location!

Hannah, it really must be!  We have a couple of areas that are like this, no one ever moves out.  They must get along really well with their neighbbors!

Leesa, good question, the last one that sold was right in that last few frenzied months when everything was selling, just before the market crashed, so it is hard to tell.  Our MLS data only goes back 3.5 years, so anything beyond that, I would have to research by hand.
