Boulder County Real Estate - Louisville, CO Sales Stats for October 2010

Below is a snapshot of the market conditions for Louisville, CO for the month of October:
- Sales of single family homes decreased by 7.1% as compared to October of 2009. Sales of attached dwellings decreased at a much sharper rate; down 33.3% as compared to October of 2009.
- Year to date sales also decreased for single family homes, but only slightly 1.2%. Year to date sales for attached dwellings were down by 35.2%.
- Average days to contract for single family homes was the same in October as it was last year; 77 days. However, average days to contract for attached dwellings decreased from 145 days to 87 days (a decrease of 40%).
- The average sales price for a single family home increased by 38.6% (compared to October 2009) to $504,863. The average sales price for an attached dwelling however, decreased by 15.6% to $169,425.
