Regina - Lets simply rejoice that finally we will have agents taking advantage of digital signing and not faxing a fax of a fax.  This is another great perk put out by CAR.

Regina, thank you for sharing! I happen to love my Docusign, but I definitely see how Ziplogic has streamlined the process. Do you know if this will be more acceptable by banks? I haven't had too many problems with Docusign being accepted, but there are a few lenders who refuse to authorize it. Thanks again!

GoPaperless Solutions - Escondido, CA

Hi Regina - First of all thanks for the plug on our company GoPaperless Solutions (www.gopaperless.com) and our electronic signature solution eSignOnline. We are happy to see that electronic signature solutions are becoming a member benefit for all CA agents and hopefully a free benefit to all agents nationwide. Our company is taking a similar stance and making eSignOnline free for all our Real Estate Dashboard users. A formal announcement will be coming out soon. What does this mean? All Real Estate Dashboard users who are mobile and paperless using tablet PCs for their business will have access to getting contracts signed over the web via eSignOnline as a free integrated service. eSignOnline will be integrated into Real Estate Dashboard software plans adding to a feature rich program that already includes document management, electronic fax, automatic document back up and sync, online access and electronic signatures. Real Estate Dashboard will therefore provide best of both worlds to our customers - when face to face with clients, get them to sign on your Tablet PC using the stylus and therefore their actual handwritten signature and when remote from your clients use eSignOnline to get documents signed via the web.

Thanks for your continued support of our company and spreading knowledge to our fellow agents.

I have been using DocuSign for quite a while, and yes Simon, it's WAAAAAY better than a fax that has been faxed around 10 times and it's no longer legible.  I really love the templates, that makes everything so easy.  They are supposed to have an auto-link from WinForms (now ZipForms) but it doesn't seem to work seamlessly as designed.

I have heard that the ZipLogix product is VEERRRRRY slow and nearly unusable because of that.  Has anyone tried it out yet?

Regarding the GoPaperless Solution, it is from a trustworthy company here in CA and our office is looking at their Real Estate Desktop as a holistic solution for our transactions.  We're definitely on the go, you know!

I am so looking forward to the day when everyone is using this technology!  It's so ridiculous that in 2010, we don't always have a clear copy of a contract.

Susan, I agree!  Unbelievably, some short sale lenders think the FAXED-FAXED-FAXED copy with "wet" signatures is better than a CLEAR copy with e-signatures.  And the "wet" signatures aren't wet anyway, since they've been faxed around so many times!  Let's all stay tuned and see how the new e-signing platforms take effect!

Regina, this technology is just great. We use another brand and it is a lifesaver. Can't believe you are getting it free.
