The Market in Lubbock, Tx saw a slight improvement over September 2010. The months supply of inventory went down from over 9 months in most price ranges from $50,000 to $299,999. to somewhat better than 7.5 months.
The homes valued $300,000 to $399,999 also improved from an 11.6 month supply in September to a slightly better 11.2 month supply.
There was not an improvement in the markets above $400,000 which is still sitting at a 32-35 month supply of inventory.
