The NAR Convention in New Orleans just ended on November 8th and now it's time to start planning for the NAR Legislative Meetings in the spring of 2011.

Committee schedules are already out and CRS events are scheduled.  Looks like the Midyear Meetings in Washington, D.C. are going to be every bit as hectic as they were last spring.

NAR has come up with a preliminary schedule for Midyear which you'll find online here:

http://www.realtor.org/convhome.nsf/pages/midyearsms

Owing to the usual difficulties of finding hotel rooms (especially at good rates) in Washington, DC, it isn't too early to begin planning for Midyear.

I just learned that the NAR Equal Opportunity Forum will be held on May 10, from Noon to 2 p.m.  And the NAR Equal Opportunity - Cultural Diversity Committee meets on the 11th, from 10 a.m. until Noon.

I'm also told that the CRS Diversity Committee will meet on May 12th from 11 am to 12:30 p.m., at the Washington Marriott (1221 22nd Street).

Stay tuned for more schedule information on the 2011 NAR Midyear Legislative Meetings!
