Congrats on your First Home! Yeah! I'm thrilled for these special folks....MY oldest daughter and her husband, Josh! What an amazing day for them. The house became officially theirs this morning at 10:30 a.m. They received their keys and are ready to make it their own. Yeah! I am thrilled and proud of them.
Although the process was long with three previous offers and a bad Short Sales experience, they came upon a great REALTOR in Northern California that was referred and they now own their first home! A new home, a new baby and many wonderful memories ahead for them. I'm such a happy mom! Congratulations my girl!
