No you pay for it as a marketing tool and have the ability to offer it to your clients for free.  Lets assume that you use the product for 12 months for a cost of $360.00 how many clients will you be able to get qualified for financing or a better rate because they were able to improve their credit.  Dont know your commission structure but based on North Dakota where the average home sale is $185,000.00 and 6% commission i am in.  I have some clients who are having 5-10 clients being declined for financing a month.
