Atlanta Home Staging - Sneak Peak at My Newsletter
Before this month gets any further away from me, I wanted to share a portion of our new marketing program. We're gearing up for a formal 1st quarter release of "all things tied to the marketing of HomeStagingAtlanta.com" with some very creative and out-of-the-box thinking. More on that as the year approaches an end so, stay tuned.
The following image is from our Home Staging Atlanta newsletter. It's page 1 and represents what our customers (homeowners, agents, investors, REO companies, etc...) will receive. The purpose in sharing this with you is that a) it's super easy to create and b) utilizes those "vignette" images that I'm notoriously taking with each of our home staging projects. When time permits, I'll end up creating a "how-to" and will share it here in Active Rain.
FYI - this particular newsletter will have clickable links to "vacant home staging, occupied home staging and after pictures. While I haven't included images of the other pages (of which there are three), this is a far different method than that of a constant-contact-like format. And while I like Constant Contact and think they provide an excellent service, I'm loving this design better.
So, gear-up Atlanta, we're about ready to kick-off an extremely aggressive marketing campaign, all designed around getting your home sold quickly!
