Recently, I read a quote from Zig Ziglar, that I've been thinking a lot about lately -
"Your business is never really good or bad "out there." Your business is either good or bad right between your own two ears. - Zig Ziglar
Attitude is everything, isn't it? I realized that my "sphere of influence" will support me and refer me more often if my attitude is posiitive and they know I will always look after their "Best Interest", no matter what market the news media says we're in. The "Key to Success" in our business remains, and always will be, rooted in the positive mental attitude we exhibit every time we answer the phone or go on appointment.
And to quote Zig once more - "It is easy to get to the top after you get through the crowd at the bottom."
