I used to live"up north" and locals actually found "leaf peepers" annoying, but that is so not the case in Georgia! We are all savvy enough these days to know to work around the crush of extra traffic and we all appreciate what our visitors add to the economy. Besides. I, personally, love the views from our many vista points and want to share the experiences with as many as I can! We are lucky to have many types of hardwoods up in this neck of the woods, making our color palette different from that of areas only 30-50 away! The reds, orange, yellow and crimson accented by the evergreens are truly breathtaking!
