Things seem to be picking up in Elk Grove and North laguna.

Things seem to be picking up a bit, at least for me! Open House traffic has taken off the last couple of weeks with 45+ families through each of the last several weekends. I have had about 50% increase in sign calls and showings of my listing are picking up too. Showings were very very few and far between. My buyer prospects have been more active on my Home Buyers Scouting Report site. And I have been on more showing appointments lately. In the last few days I have put two in escrow one buyer and one listing. I have been working my butt off to get things stirred up during this dip. Follow up, follow up, follow up! seems to be the ticket. Hang in there and work hard you'll make it!
