Why Working With a Partner Is Good for Your Business.
It is good to hear feedback on working as a team. I have tried to find someone who will work as hard as I do and with the same ideals. It is not easy. I just finished a year plus with someone who did not really like general brokerage and did not want to put in a lot of hours. Even still I miss having someone to bounce things off of and someone to lean on here an there. But I need someone who will give it their all. Right now I have hired a assistant.
I do believe a team is a good idea and should a find a good fit I will welcome the opportunity!

Tracey, and I became partner in 94. We both are married and have families. We understand how important is to be there for the client when the client needs you. Making them feel important and treating them like they are your only clients.
We also understand how important it is to be there for the children and our husbands and family. Going to the kids games, attending school plays, and just hanging out with family.
It did not take long to realize that if we would partner up, someone would always be there for the client, while the other was spending time with family.
This has worked out so well for us that year after year we have been the Number 1 'Real Estate Team in our county year after year. While making good and close friends with ours clients.
