I just had a call from an agent back in downtown Marine City. They commented "oh, you go to "THAT?". That seems like an expensive way to learn about real estate. This seemed like a good opportunity to talk about why I go to the Annual Convention and trade show year after year.

The real estate practitoners that I have met over the years have made it easy to refer business. The "Brain Tapping" we do when with other agents can never be matched. It is a constant maste minding session for most of us. We go to the trade show, see what is new that will aid in easier business practices or growth. WE TALK ABOUT WHAT WE SEE AND LEARN FROM EACH OTHER WHAT WORKS AND WHAT DOESN'T.
