I would like for listings to remain on the MLS and be available for everyone who wants to see them ON THE MLS.

Other media showing listings just dilutes the information and draws leads to other portals (like trulia, Zillow, Homes.com, etc. where they then sell the leads back to the agents that should have had them in the first place).

Listings on the MLS automatically go out to Trulia Zillow and the rest, with the exception of craigslist, which has to be manually posted. I don't know where the listings on AR go, but as far as problems with getting your listing on AR, the photos have to be the right pixels or it won't load.
