Maricopa is an exploding city, incorporated in 2003 with 4,000 people it now contains over 30,000.  We are 20 miles south of Phoenix and on the edge of the desert.  currently we have 22 new builders competing with 1200 resales.  We need more businesses, a hospital and airport, car sales, etc.  We added over 100 teachers and we still are short.  Just started a super Walmart. Lots of desert land for sale.  I have access to many large desert lots, still on dirt roads, across cattle guards, no water, but between large growing citys. for more information contact me.
