(Phone Rings, Real Estate Buyer Asks For 10:30 PM ME Home Showing) "Sure, No Problem, Anytime You Can See It!" Says Maine Property Broker.

The showing of a new home listing, the new property listing and getting inside the real estate in Maine, anywhere is easy with real full motion video.

mooers realty maine real estate broker qr code So when the open house two hour window does not meet the busy air traffic controller like schedules of our busy real estate buyers, play, lay down the video card for starters.

The whole operation for the guy or gal, couple wanting to get inside a place, around it right now is just one of the powerful features of property you "Show and Tell" with real estate videos. Maps, graphics, sound of the waterfront river rushing by, the view all around it in the neighborhood. The videos are part of the QR code like ours to the right that are loaded. Like  "it's in there",the spaghetti sauce commercial promises, reminds you.

The audio of that video captured at the property is 40% of the video. The kitchen pans, the living room fireplace with the flames dancing, wood crackling and grandfather's clock all transport the on line real estate buyer instantly to the property. On their schedule, when they have time.

And when they lament, say "Gee whiz, wished my brother Bob could see it in Florida, or mom and dad on the west coast who probably will spring for the down payment help I need" quickly ask for their email if phone contact, office visit is the first contact.

In moments, they are watching the same place you listed, are so proud off and doing everything under the sun not to keep it a secret or in the dark.

Here are a few examples of places that you, anyone on line with an Internet connection, or a nearby public library we send them to can see right now. Presto, suddenly, right now. The video with maps, details can be a one stop, one flight landing delivery tool too. Just like a plate all cut up, the potato peeled, buttered, salt and peppered just the way they like it. The meat sliced up, everything in place and ready to digest. Making the video easy to watch, just toggle the button in the center or in the bottom left hand corner they are used to using.

Real full motion video, only one percent of real estate agents, brokers, REALTORS are using it. Be that maine winter photosone percent ahead of the herd. Delivery the property you peddle with real full motion video. And don't forget to embed them in blog posts about the neat area you hang your real estate license shingle too. The community videos really make the view feel like they have been in, around your home town, at the events. You know they work when thousands and thousands of video views rack up as you check back on the flock you shoot, edit, upload.

The real estate buyer considering your area, your properties has already seen them by the time they actually, physically arrive in your home town. And they have a connection with you the broker, agent. Have heard your voice, laughed at a joke or two, your local expressions, seen your face as you talk to them not at them. Even before leaving the time zone two away from yours. Their home location eight states away.  Maine, one big state, awfully friendly meeting looking forward to meeting you. Watch our Maine real estate videos.

S&J.... Take me to the water (Talking Heads in background) Down To The Water...(in Maine) We have 6000 lakes! Yikes! Everyone gets a piece of low cost Maine waterfront! Bill...old buddy ole pal, sometimes you need to push the seat back, throw it in to third gear and watch some video to show how the puzzle pieces of property, community fit. Your buyer hears your voice, meet you the broker and sees your expression..way you deliver with real full motion video. When you load it up with multiple videos this size it can bog down your Commodore 64. Hope Santa thinks you were good enough this year to stuff, park a 128 model down your chimney man!

Thanks Gabrielle. Your real estate buyers would love to hear yours, see you laugh or smile on camera and walk them through property, your local area. That connection is powerful when they actually arrive and say "I feel like I already know you". Using their ears, transporting them to the property, your home town before they actually get here gets the jump on the process.
