Are you interested in foreclosure properties in Johnson County Kansas? Mortgage giant Fannie Mae announced a new incentive program to help sell off their growing inventory of Foreclosed homes. The Fannie Mae Homepath program allows you (the Buyer) to purchase one of their foreclosed homes with only a 3% down payment. Not only that but they will give you 3.5% of the purchase price to use for your closing costs. They have also added extra incentives if you close before December 31st 2010, which is no Mortgage insurance (a big monthly savings) and no appraisal required. This is a great program and should not be easily dismissed.

Right now Fannie Mae has 51 available properties for Johnson County Kansas and many more for the Kansas City metro area. If you would like a free list of all of the available Fannie Mae foreclosures in Johnson County or Kansas City call the Russell Home Team at 913-735-7104.

If these homes need work- you could take out a rehab loan and make them not only a house but a home.

Michael a loan officer told me about this program not too long along. I really need to look this and register myself as a real estate professional. And I really like the buttons for your blog. How did you make them? Happy Holidays to you and your family. Great post.

Lanre,

Thanks for stopping by. I made the home search buttons from Microsoft Publisher, the images were in the clip art. The rain drops for the social networking were created by an Active Rain member and everyone is free to use them.
