This property looks fantastic.  Is the grassy area (open area) included, is the bottom picture a view of the main portion of the acreage?  The price reduction is unbelievable......that is "asking" price or "bottom line" price.  How far away is the supermarket?  John, I know you are politically active.... you must be outraged with the events in Tucson today........  the chaos that one person can create, and the loss of each and every life that will forever change the lives of so many families and the loved ones of the victims that were senselessly killed today.....

Teri --This is a teriffic lot. Do you have any more questions on it? I can get you SPDS and a well report if you like. There is no HOA here, only a road association.

In an earlier post you mentioned that you may want a Santa Fe Style home. Is that a home you would build, or do you want a home now and build later on the lot?

Also, what kind of riding do you do?  If you ride trails, we may want to help you find a place where you do not have to trailer your horses.

Teri -- Did you see my post regarding chosing property to avoid high winds?

John, I kept coming back for your comments and "gave up" for awhile...... I will check out your "no wind" post. Yes, we will be building,...... but the right property with a "spanish" "santa-fe" "adobe" or "pueblo" stlye would get my attention.  Not too big...... I am not looking for a huge house; been there, done that..... looking around 2000 sq. ft. to start......, we could always buildt a "guest house". Yes, strictly trail riding.... we don't show..... would love to "saddle up and ride". That is what we are looking for.... thanks John.
