Agent: What lead you to purchase the home at 20378 Northwood Street?
Seller: We were initially drawn to the community. We liked the convenient location and the one main road leading in and out of the subdivision, which cuts down on traffic. We found the home to be very attractive from the street and once inside, we immediately fell in love with the hardwood floors. Also, the floor plan seemed to match our lifestyle perfectly.
Agent: What improvements have you made to the home?
Seller: We had the entire house painted as soon as we purchased it and we added several things, like the ceiling fans, the shelving in the utility room, the surround sound speakers in the living room and the storage shed outback. We have also installed energy efficient light bulbs, which have had a very positive impact on our utility bill.
Agent: What are you going to miss about Fairhope and life at 20378 Northwood Street?
Seller: We are going to miss the strong sense of community in River Station. My wife and I travel a lot to visit our grandchildren and we know we can count on our neighbors to look after things while we are gone. That has meant the world to us and you just don't find that everywhere you go! We really love how convenient everything in Fairhope is to the subdivision and there are several restaurants in town that we are really going to miss.
