The value of a client is absolutely priceless. Why spend so much time trying to cultivate new clients when you have past clients that are deserving and need your attention? So many of us are afraid to pick up the phone and say "hello" to a past client but I find that when I do the response is warm and welcoming. It costs ten times as much to generate a new lead, while a past client already trusts you (assuming of course that you did a great job for them) and sees the value of working with you. I recently iisted a home that came from a referral from a client that I met over 15 years ago. They had purchased a few homes with me and then referred me to a family member to sell a home. Keeping in touch with your clients is a MUST!
This is the perfect time of year to get out there and say "Hello" to your customers, bring a small gift for them, the Dollar Store is loaded with ideas. You might be surprised by what happens!!
