Thanks, Rainers !! Jacksonville, Alabama was a wonderful place when I was growing up there.  It was a town of 5000 people in the 60's.  Now, the enrollment at "the college" is 12,000....and the town has a Super Walmart.  "It ain't what it used to be." 

PS.  Today, I do sell real estate in Charleston, SC.
