I remember when my children were small and they had learned to say "grace" - the prayer of thanks that we always have before diving into a meal. Thanksgiving meals are usually a feast with all the trimmings. It didn't seem to matter which one was called upon to word the prayer of thanks, they would always name every specific food that was on the table including the bread and drinks and they would also be thankful for all the people on earth as well as all the animals too! I loved it. In fact I've tried to keep it a practice to be thankful for every single detail of my life. I don't want to leave anything out.
