  "View how many offers there are on a property ..... not  so sure this is a good thing for the Buyer's Agent -- yes Buyer's Agents would like that , but is this part ethical?

Ethical? Yes of course. If there is more than one offer and that condition would cause a buyer to make a different decision, then it becomes a material fact. All offers must be presented to the seller but stating how many offers are on the property does not cross any lines. Also the number of offers is an option for the listing agent to choose to show or not. Nearly any seller would want to disclose the fact that an offer exists in order to entice competition. The more the competitive edge the better the chances are the home will sell for a market value. Also it minimizes the low ball offer scenario.
