Minnesota's Firearm Deer Season has come to a close, but it is not totally done yet. There are several others still going through he end of the year.
With a bit of snow on the ground, now is a great time to check out the new hunting area you spotted this past season. It can also be a good time to ask permission for hunting so you can start to plan for next falls season.
It is also a great time to check out land you want to buy. We have a thin snow cover which makes seeing the landscape much easier. High and low points show up easily and you don't have to cover every single foot to know the lay of the land.
With the winter season over coming us, now is a good time to be searching for a deal. Not to much bare land will be moving and buyers who want to sell will be considering offers knowing that it is 6 months before the price season hits again.
