Northwest Las Vegas Home Sales: Financing by Price Range
Out of 470 single-family homes sold in northwest Las Vegas in October, 193 (41.1%) were cash sales. First-time homebuyers faced strong competition from investors at prices below $100,000 where cash accounted for 65.0% of sales. Well-known areas in northwest Las Vegas include Desert Shores, Providence, Summerlin, and Sun City Summerlin.
