While the broadcaster is a bit dry, his message is loud and clear and I can't agree with him more. It is rediculous how many people went to a single seminar, and then went out and bought a bunch of homes, with no money down. This is worth a once through, and maybe a godd one to send to people you know who get starry eyed when thinking about jumping feet first into the real estate invesment game!

Christopher, I made a similar point in Flipping: Not As Easy as it Sounds. It's going to be a long time before money is again as easy to get as it was in the last few years. That means that many potential buyers will be excluded from bailing out the speculators who got overextended.
