That's a cool floor plan - the only thing I would change, if anyone were interested in my opinion, is to put a connecting door from the master bath to the laundry room.  How convenient would that be!

First, why do you always add your own first comment?  I have wondered about that and I know your have a strategy behind it, if you wouldn't mind sharing that, I 'd appreciate it.

Second, it looks awesome, but I was wondering, after only being in South Florida once in my life and driving through the Everglades and the Keys, is with that water, what is the likelihood of ending up as some alligators dinner?

John, so the piece doesn't go comment free.  Plus, I was told long ago that google likes comments and to make sure I at least make sure there is one.  The local pieces sometimes suffer with no comments.  This piece was also put up specifically for a listing appointment and I wanted to make sure it had every chance to hit google running. (i got the listng)

John this listing was a result of my Pelican Landing series:  Pelican Landing  I profiled every community in Pelican Landing.  You'll see how I have woven all of the blogs into one on Pelican Landing.  The owners of this condo found my Active Rain blog on The Point at Pelican Landing, that I had already built.  I put this post up to give it a bump for the listing appointment.  There was no competition.  They just asked where to sign.  They flew in just for the day to ready the home and sign with me.  How's that for no heavy lifting?

The condo is gorgeous, by the way.  Listed at $310,000.  I will be taking the pictures Tuesday and I'll build a blog for it then.

Thanks again Chris...You know I find it is the same.  Every time I get a listing as a result of my blog, we have a 10 minute phone conversation and then we figure out the paperwork.  Many times I send the forms via a PDF and talk them through it when they receive them and we never meet.  I have clients in Idaho, Northern California and Arizona that I have never met, yet we communicate regularly by phone and email - works for me.  I now have taken 15 listings from my blog and never had competition - never!
