How do all the foreclosures in Gilbert compare in price to these homes? Of course it's possible your list already includes foreclosures. $94 per sq ft is a great price.

Hello Jon. Using the bank owned tab on my website I find that strictly bank owned price per sq ft is $91. You are right the distressed properties are included in all active listings. Now $91 isn't bad for Gilbert. The major variable is availability. Because some of the subs are unique and/or contain a tight community they may not have but 2 foreclosure listings. This helps to drive up the price per sq ft. I hope this helps.
