A delightful scene, Diane!  My head is so far away from that kind of tranquility right now, that the picture is a welcome sight!  Thanks for posting!

Looks very calm and peaceful, Diane. Would love to see all of these at full sail.

Myrl, I needed a break the day I took this picture. It was 76 degrees and a great place to spend some time outside.

John,  I was sitting on a bench enjoying the peace before the rain started.  A couple of weeks ago the sail club here had a race.  I wish I had known about it, I would have gone with my camera and watched.

Sharon we were very lucky this year the temperature stay warmer a lot longer than normal.  On Thanksgiving Day it was so warm you could wear shorts, then the cold front move in. Tonight we are going down to 28 with tomorrow's high to be around 56.  Our luck with the warm weather has run out!  LOL

Diane, very nice photograph and does have a claming effect.  The weather has been very nice the past couple of days...but we may see some snow next week.

Rebecca, when I lived in Maryland, one year we were blessed with snow on Christmas Eve.   On Christmas morning, it was a winter wonderland. It made that Christmas very special.  Maybe this year you will have snow on Christmas.

I am glad you liked the photo...

Diane,

It sure appears calm but those clouds look like rain. Great capture. :)
