Many people believe that houses don't sell during the holidays. Do you believe this is true? The last couple of years many people have told me the story that there house isn't selling because there aren't any buyer's out there. What I have seen is the sales are continuing and the economy is getting better.
Last night while driving home from a fabulous dinner I saw cars lined up around the woodburn mall 2 hours before the stores were scheduled to open their doors. What this tells me is people want to spend money. Two years ago when you turned the television on all you heard were stories of people not spending money. In today's economy people are out spending money and buying houses.
