At the end of Edgar St. in Eastlake Union you will find a community that is all it's own. I'm talking about the floating homes of the Cheshiahud Loop. With Co-Op docks and and plenty of parking (if you own a boat) this is definitely a cool place to live. Several homes in the community have wrap around water level decks and rooftop viewing of Gasworks park, fireworks on the 4th of July, and most of Lake Union.
And who lives here? People that don't like yard work.
How's this for a front yard?
Of course there is the issue of Mallard infestation.
I suppose the local kids could enjoy a nice game of duck, duck, well.... Duck!
As with most neighborhoods in Seattle, some streets are tighter than others.
At the end of Edgar, there is a quaint little community that offers peace and solitude for around 884 bucks a sqaure foot (pricing obtained off of one listing).
