95 stores, including the only Sears store in the South Bay. Also has JCPenney, Macy's, and a 10-screen theater complex.
With 205 stores, this is San Diego's largest mall, and perhaps the ritziest, too, with Bloomingdale's, Macy's, Neiman-Marcus, and Nordstrom. Also has a JCPenney, Tiffany & Co., Luis Vuitton, Gucci, Apple, and Microsoft. Although there is plenty of parking, Fashion Valley's location at the intersection of Highway 163 and Interstate 5 mean that traffic getting into and out of the mall often backs up onto the freeways. Try parking elsewhere and taking the bus or the San Diego Trolley to the Fashion Valley Transit Center.
94 stores, including Macy's, Target, a newly renovated Walmart, and a 10-screen theater complex.
125 stores
100 stores, including a 12-screen theater complex. This is San Diego County's newest mall, open only four years.
53 stores, and if you get tired of shopping, you can do some gaming at the Viejas Casino or eat at one of their excellent buffet meals.

It's a multi-store open air mall with weird angles, bridges from to side and up and down, escalators, and elevators. Parking in the garage is $8 an hour, but stores will validate your purchases for three hours of parking. There is usually a holiday ice-skating rink at the main entrance on Broadway.
112 stores. Popular with the younger crowd because of the 20-screen theater complex. Along with Target, there are two Macy's stores, one at each end of the mall. There is also Westfield Mission Valley West across the street, which includes one of the nation's top Borders Books & Music stores.
143 stores. This is San Diego County's largest indoor mall and includes JCPenney, Macy's, Nordstrom, and Sears.
