That is good news. My studio used to be in Port Chester and I've had a couple of customers in the old Lifesavers building at Landmark Sq (and maybe another if we can reach him) as well as all over Port Chester. Some nice people there.
I opine that to receive the credit loans from creditors you should have a firm motivation. But, one time I have received a commercial loan, because I wanted to buy a building.
