Railbender Skate Park in Parker Colorado can be found just East of Parker Road on Twenty Mile Road andRailbender Park Parker Colorado Plaza Drive. The park stretches over 33,000 square feet and features a skateable art piece that is in the shape of the Colorado Rockies with the Colorado State flag etched in. The park is set up for both beginners and advanced skaters and offers a flow bowl, street plaza and a small peanut bowl for beginners.

Railbender Skate Park is the most insane or sickist hang out for both Parker Colorado teens and younger kids. But, you have to speak the language to fit in.  You may want to add ollie, nollie, goofy, primo, fakie, k-grind and poser to your vocabulary. If you do not, you may be labeled a poser when you rather be a newbie or newb.  And if by maxing out that rail, you may be considered "ill"(sicker than sick). Oh, but I was told not to use these words to just try and fit in. Not Cool or I should say sketchy.

Municipalities are embracing these parks as an alternative to kids riding in the stParker Colorado Skate Parkreets, over picnic tables and through strip malls. Did you know that three new skate parks are built every week in the U.S. Skate Parks, such as Railbender in Parker Colorado, offer kids that are not interested in traditional team sports a place to go and express themselves in an individual and athletic fashion. Getting kids involved, in what is now a considered a sport by many, helps kids build their confidence to do well in other aspects of their lives.

The Town of Parker Colorado did a great job. Railbender Park is heavily lighted and well maintained. Railbender Park is used seven days a week from sun up to 10:00 at night. At any given time I have seen several hundred kids on boards, bikes and scooters. There are benches for parents to watch and plenty of parking.

I believe that there may be an economic benefit in that I have met skaters from Aurora, Denver, Elizabeth and Franktown at Railbender Park. The parents and skaters have to eat somewheRailbender Skate Park Parker Coloradore. Parents may shop for a few hours versus driving home and some may decide to have look for housing in Parker Colorado. The park has been complete for a couple of years and has been a benifit to the community and to the kids that are looking to be the next "Tony Hawk".
