East Windsor, in Mercer County, NJ, is one of the most sought-after addresses in Central New Jersey.  The residents of East Windsor selected this township as home for its lifestyle and location. West Windsor is home to Mercer County Community College, located a couple of miles from East Windsor. Mercer CC serves over 30,000 people each year in their associate degree programs, credit and noncredit certificate programs, continuing education, corporate training, career training, youth programs, and summer camps for children. Many more come to campus for cultural activities, sporting events and the fitness center and pool.  Nearby four-year institutions include Princeton University, Rider University, The College of New Jersey and Rutgers University, and others.

Yorkshire Estates is an example of a prestigious address in East Windsor.  This development was built by Centex Homes in 1997. There are 72 homes in this neighborhood of East Windsor. In the years 2008 and 2009, 8 homes in this development sold.
