Built between 1979-1985 the square footage in these townhouses is approximately between 1200-1800 sq. ft with many units including additional finished lower levels.

There is only one townhouse currently on the market in Foxbridge listed for $219,900 and one under contract. In the past 6 months there have been three sales in the complex between $183,000 to $218,000. The average sales price for these sales is $197,333.
