Willie was having his photo taken with the cops at the station on one of the news channels. The whole arrest was a farce. The dude is 76 years old and still kicking (smokin'). Legalize and tax it. The cartels make 60% of their profit on pot. Cut their profits and the government's expenses at the sam etime. Seems like a no brainer.
