Common Sense would say you shouldn't list your property during the holidays? Who writes a statement like that? Is this common sense? Who tells us these memes? News flash the housing market is falling. Okay so how do we change this type of thinking? If you decide to list your property than you are creating a different common sense that is more valuable for you and the economy. Are there less buyer's out there in the market? Can you really say this is true? The only way I'm able to access this information is to look at the RMLS information that has recently posted to my account that there are less showings. As to be sure about the buyers only time will tell, as pending sales will tell. Today as of 11/29/2010 there are 18 pending sales in The Dalles, Or. Oh this is the last part of november and December is just around the corner, your house could be one of the ones who will find that special buyer. List your house now!
