Where do you go when you a empty nester?
My friend would like to sell her home and move into a home with the master on the main now since she and her husband are empty nester's. She is wondering if the large yard in a traditional neighborhood is for her. Or should she look at the 55 year community where there is no yard work. She was asking many of our friends at church what their thoughts were. I know people who have gone both ways and there are pros and cons to both directions. It is for her to decide.
