Matthew, very true. Buyers should NOT even be looking at short sales unless they are ok with waiting 60-120 days. Sure, it could be sooner but it might not be. Agents need to inform them of the time. I have many buyers who refuse to look at short sales or foreclosures because of the extra time either could take.
