Take in the views of the Tappan Zee bridge and picturesque mountains.

Stroll through the streets of the river town of Piermont, and enjoy the shops, restaurants, nightlife and the sense of a real community.

There are many incredible luxury homes in Piermont, New York and a large number of them are riverfront homes with beaches, docks with deep moorings, and riparian rights up to 500 feet into the Hudson River.

Many of these homes have been built in the 1800's and early 1900's and have a feeling of days gone by.  The architecture of these homes is varied and magnificent.  The feeling of luxury abounds and often there is a feeling of living in historic times. 

Many of these homes have more than one fireplace to enjoy and beautiful, mature perennial gardens and specimen trees. Sprinkled among the older estates are some recently built luxury homes, as well.

Recently, luxury homes have sold for between $1,050,000 to $2,100,000.  They have been on lots from 0.14 to 4.7 acres, were built from 1820 to 2007, with square footage of between 1870 square feet to 5420 square feet.  These homes had between 2 bedrooms and 8 bedrooms, 1.5 to 4 full baths and 3 half baths, and between 1 and 8 fireplaces.
