BEING FOUND- If I (prospective home buyer) don't know you and I live in WA state looking for property in your area... How do I find YOUR website?Where online do I find YOU, not your brokerage, YOU?
BEING CONNECTED-Once I find you how are you able to pull me (an active buyer) out of the rest of your prospects? Remember you have a couple hundred contacts in there and 90% are dragging their feet. How do you identify the other 10%? How do you know when I am more active? What are my needs?
BEING INVOLVEDNow that you see that I'm more active than the rest of the prospects, how do you know what I want, where I came from and how to close me? Don't forget that I am not the only prospect in your pipeline that is seriously looking for homes to buy, so you have to be able to follow me and all the other ACTIVE prospects. How are you able to stay involved?
